We will email your digital download to the email you provided at checkout.
We do not offer cancellations or refunds on digital products. However, if you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to reach out to sales@willowhavendesigns.com
Shipping policy
- At this time, we only offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 for the following items:
* Tumblers
* Coasters
* Baby Name Signs
* Pregnancy Announcements
* Monthly Milestones
* 3D Wood Signs under 12 inches in size
If you want to upgrade your shipping, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
- If you order a 3D wood sign larger than 12 inches, there is a flat shipping rate added to the order at checkout. Please view the product you want to order and read it's description for the shipping costs.
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- All products will ship in 1-2 weeks.
- If an item is lost in the mail, please email us at sales@willowhavendesigns.com with your tracking number. We will then determine the best course of action.
Order Cancellation for laser engraved items
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at sales@willowhavendesigns.com. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
- Due to the highly personalized nature of our items, complete order concellations will only be processed if we have not yet started working on your order.
- Shipping charges are fully refundable as long as the item has not shipped.
- Please allow two business days from the cancellation request for us to email you a determination of cancellation status.
- Items that are not personalized, such as monthly milestones, are made as they are ordered. This helps keep inventory and prices low. If your item has been made, we will allow a cancellation with a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are fully refundable as long as the item has not shipped.
- Please allow two buisiness days from the cancellation request for us to email you a determination of cancellation status.
Returns and Exchanges for laser engraved items
At Willow Haven Designs we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but since our products are custom made to each order, we can only provide refunds in certain situations. Please read below for our situational return policies.
- Due to items having personalized engravings, customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- If you would like to return a non-custom item, we charge a 20% restocking free, we don't refund original shipping, and you are responsible for return shipping with tracking required. You must contact us within two days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information. You will then have seven calendar days to get the item sent and provide us with the tracking information. Upon receipt of the item, we will return 80% of your purchase price within two business days, given the item is in the same condition we originally sent it in.
- We like to thank we are 100% error free, but if you ever receive an item that is engraved differently than what you submitted online, please send us an email with a picture of the item containing the mistake at sales@willowhavendesigns.com. We will provide you with a corrected replacement.
- If you just submitted an order and noticed you made a mistake, please email us immediately at sales@willowhavedesigns with your order number and the changes that need to be made.
- If the order has already been shipped and the mistake was made by the customer, another order will have to be done, at the customer's expense - so please double check your item, size, color, spelling, capitalization, layout choices, etc. before submitting an order.
- No refunds will be issed if the mistake was made by the customer.
- Please see the above sections that pertain to your order. Before sending other items back, please be sure to email us at sales@willowhavendesigns.com to let us know why you are sending the item back.
- You can choose the shipping company of your choice to send the item back. However, you do need to provide us with a tracking number when the item is shipped.
- We pack our items carefully to avoid them from breaking, however, sometimes during shipping, items can become damaged. If the box looks damaged, please TAKE PHOTOS prior to opening it. Then, please TAKE PHOTOS of the damaged items from multiple angles. Please email all damage photos to sales@willowhavendesigns.com along with your order number. We will immediatly replace the items that are damaged after receipt of pictures of the box and contents. If the items were for a specific event, such as a wedding, and cannot be replaced in the necessary time frame, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, including shipping.
