Shipping policy

At Willow Haven Designs, all of our items are made to order with care and attention to detail. We strive to get your custom creations to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Since each item is custom made, this time allows for design, engraving, and quality checking before shipment. 

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is fulfilled, shipping typically takes:
- 3-7 business days within the United States
- Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays

Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of the package. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Babcock Ranch, Florida.
If you select "Local Pickup" at checkout, we will notify you by email when your order is ready and provide pickup instructions.
Pickup is typically available Monday-Friday by appointment.

Delays
Please note that shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather). While we are not responsible for the delays once your package has shipped, we're happy to assist with tracking and updates.
