At Willow Haven Designs, every item is made to order with care and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds.
Custom Orders
All sales are final on custom and personalized items. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made. Please double-check spelling, design choices, and product selections before submitting your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake on your custom items, we're here to make it right.
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- Email us at sales@willowhavendesigns.com with a photo of the item and packaging
- We'll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if applicable.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays or packages lost in transit, but we'll gladly assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
